Operational Requirments

A facility like Center Parcs relies heavily on a wide range of pumps and water management systems, including swimming pool pumps, foul water pumping stations, fire booster sets, and drinking water treatment systems.

Without regular servicing, these vital components risk failure, leading to costly downtimes, service disruptions, and potential safety hazards.

Our Approach

Campion’s Service & Maintenance Programme:

As a trusted partner, Campion Pumps provides a structured and proactive service and maintenance contract, ensuring the continuous operation of Center Parcs’ essential water infrastructure. Our services include:

  • Swimming Pool Pump Maintenance: The resort’s Aqua Sana swimming pool is a key attraction, and any downtime would significantly impact the visitor experience. Campion Pumps conducts biannual servicing and rapid-response breakdown support to maintain uninterrupted operation.
  • Foul Water Pumping Stations: With approximately 15 foul pumping stations across the site, efficient wastewater management is crucial. Campion Pumps services these units twice yearly, preventing blockages and ensuring proper waste disposal to maintain hygiene and operational efficiency.
  • Fire Booster Sets: Fire safety is extremely important at a resort of this scale. Campion Pumps service the fire booster sets every six months to guarantee that in the event of an emergency, water supply for fire suppression remains fully functional.
  • Drinking Water Treatment:  Chlorine analysers are used to regulate the appropriate levels of chlorine in the drinking water supply, ensuring it meets safety and health standards.

The Outcome

Through regular scheduled maintenance and rapid emergency response, we helped the facility minimise equipment failures, reduce unexpected repair costs, and maintain a seamless guest experience.

Our expertise ensured:

  • Uninterrupted operation of key facilities, especially the swimming pool and wastewater systems.
  • Enhanced safety compliance with fire booster set servicing and water treatment.
  • Cost savings on reactive maintenance, as proactive servicing extends the lifespan of pumps and reduces the need for emergency replacements.
  • Consistent service quality, reinforcing Center Parcs’ reputation for excellence.

Center Parcs’ reliance on Campion Pumps’ comprehensive service and maintenance contract demonstrates the value of preventative maintenance in large-scale leisure operations. By maintaining a close working relationship with the team at Center Parcs, we continue to refine and enhance service delivery, ensuring a high standard of performance for years to come.

“Campion provides excellent service and maintenance to the site. The Campion Connect SCADA monitoring system is extremely valuable to the team here at Center Parcs.
