Mechanical Fitter / Fabricator

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team working on exciting water processing projects. It is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join an established, dynamic, company. 

Duties include:

• Reporting to the Stores Manager
• Building and repair of new and “in-service” water and wastewater plant and equipment
• Work to drawings and sketches
• Efficiently and effectively manage time and resources.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of working in a workshop environment
• Skilled in fitting, basic stick and TIG welding
• Ability to read drawings and interpret site sketches
• Knowledge of steel and stainless steel fabrication/pipework would be an advantage.
