The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Jet Vac Operator to join our growing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating jet vacuum tankers to carry out cleaning, drainage, and environmental services in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate jet vac tankers for drain cleaning, sewer maintenance, and waste removal

  • Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks

  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures

  • Complete job paperwork and service reports accurately

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and customer service

  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

  • Full C or CE driving licence (essential)

  • Valid CPC qualification

  • Previous experience operating jet vac or similar plant (preferred)

  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

  • Flexibility regarding working hours and locations

Pipefitter

Location: Gortnahoe
Employment Type: Full-time

Campion Pumps is a leading provider of pumping solutions across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our projects team.

The Role

The Pipefitter will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of pipework and pumping systems on a variety of sites, including water, wastewater, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble pipework, valves, and fittings

  • Work with pumping systems and associated mechanical equipment

  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications

  • Carry out testing and commissioning support as required

  • Adhere to health & safety and site procedures

  • Liaise with supervisors and project teams on-site

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pipefitter or Mechanical Fitter

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Strong awareness of health & safety practices

  • Full driving licence

  • Safe Pass (and other relevant site tickets)

Desirable

  • Experience in water, wastewater, or pumping systems

  • Confined Spaces, Manual Handling, or MEWP certification

Project Manager

Location: Gortnahoe, Thurles

Campion Pumps is a leading provider of pumping solutions across Ireland, working with clients in the water, wastewater, construction, industrial, and municipal sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initial handover through to completion. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from contract award to final handover

  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and schedules

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures

  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role (engineering, construction, or industrial environment preferred)

  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and timelines

  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office

  • Full driving licence

Desirable

  • Experience in pumping systems, mechanical or electrical projects

  • Relevant third-level qualification or Project Management certification
