Grit Shuttle - Vortex Grit Removal
The “shuttle” unit is installed in a circular concrete tank. The screened effluent enters into the tank by means of a suitable tangential inlet channel. A rotary paddle creates a vortex effect which settles the grit particles to the bottom of the grit trap. Air is blown through a pipe into the base of the airlift system. As this air rises through the central discharge pipe it carries the grit laden with liquid to a grit classifier. The effluent without grit goes out from the outlet channel situated in the upper chamber.
Combined Systems Tanker Reception
Type M Screens are package supply systems for receiving tanker imported sludge, either at sludge reception centres or from cesspool or septic tanks. They can also be equally applied to receive industrial effluents.

MI-Range Screen Systems with Compactor
MI-range screens are integrated machines consisting of a screen, a shaft-less spiral and a press unit. During operation, solids within the incoming flow will progressively collect onto the screen mesh and cause it to gradually blind. The upstream water level will rise and at a predetermined level, the spiral will be activated. Brushes fixed to the periphery at the lower section of the spiral will then clean the screen mesh and convey the solids up to the pressing zone.
MID/V vertical screens are integrated machines consisting of a screen, a spiral and a press unit. During operation, solids in the incoming flow will progressively collect onto the screen mesh. At a pre-set inlet water level, the spiral will be activated and convey the solids up to the pressing zone, brushes fixed to the periphery at the lower section of the spiral will clean the screen mesh.
Mini Screw Screen
At a pre-set inlet water level, the spiral will be activated and convey the solids up to the pressing zone, brushes fixed to the periphery at the lower section of the spiral will clean the screen mesh.Solids or screenings are compacted and dewatered and depending upon the solid properties, a volume reduction of around 40% DS can be achieved prior to discharging the screenings into a container.
Sample applications include small sewage treatment works, industrial effluents, process liquid and fluid screening, sludge and scum screening, commercial applications such as restaurants and fast food outlets, laundries, carwash, etc

MN Grit and Sand Seperators
MN Grit and Sand Separators consist of a shaft-less spiral screw conveyor and hopper. Effluent flows into the hopper where the grit and sand settles out. Settled minerals and silt are then conveyed and dewatered prior to being disposed into a container. The screw conveyor can include mineral washing to remove organic matter.

MND Screw Conveyors
MND Screw Conveyors provide a cost-effective solution for bulk solids handling. They can be applied to numerous industrial or commercial applications including paper mills, abattoirs, food production, refineries, etc, for either recovery or removal purposes, or to waste flows to convey separated screened solids. Single units can be supplied over 40 metres long and can be supplemented with additional screw conveyors allowing extended transfer capabilities. This could be over undulated areas and include vertical elevation if necessary.
